Meeting Summary

Present: Ken Calkins, Sam Dunlap, Ryan Finnerty, Martha Hruska, Jeff Williams

We discussed a variety of weeding projects currently in the works:

SSHL 7^th floor, zero circ items, reference collection; BML journals; S&E journals; Music reference; JSTOR titles that are verified are being withdrawn

Ryan described a wiki that shows weeding projects, timelines, etc. and will send details to the Group.

We agreed to hold off sending anything else to the Annex.

We will draft an Annex policy.

We will begin to weed the Annex by identifying titles already at SRLF and which may be withdrawn.

We will add Mike Mogelinski and Don Cheney to this Group’s list.
