Martha sent UCSD’s request to double our SRLF allocation for the next three years to Karen Butter, Chair of the UL’s Group. She replied in the affirmative; however, these figures will count against our overall total deposit allowance at SRLF. Colleen Carlton calculated the UCSD cost for SRLF processing of the additional volumes at $2.10 per volume. Martha has expressed our concern over the historical percentage that UCSD is assigned at SRLF.

We discussed other materials waiting to be sent to SRLF and other strategies for dealing with the situation.

Ryan is compiling circulation data on single-volume monographs to send to the Cooperative Collection Management Trust at OCLC.

The drafted policies on preferred journal format, remote storage, and collection retention are in the process of being reviewed by Admin Team.
